I received a letter from the carrier stating I must make a payment.

If you terminated employment or cancelled the policy, you should adhere to the direct bill notice. 

The carrier may not have received all the previous payroll deductions yet. As payments from previous months are sent to the carrier your account will be credited accordingly. 

If a refund is due, it will be sent directly to you from the carrier.

If your policy is still active on payroll, and you received this letter, please contact BenefitHub Customer care at 1-866-664-4621 or email customercare@benefithub.com and they will have this researched with the billing team.
