We define an irregular operation (IRROP) as a delay or cancelation to an airline flight within 72 hours of scheduled departure for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
-
The weather or other “acts of God”
-
Servicing of an aircraft
-
Aircraft equipment change
-
Crew rest
Should one of the following apply to your reservation, we kindly ask you to use the recommended options provided below:
Recommendations in case of an IROP impacted your ticket:
- If you find out that the flight is canceled at the last minute at the airport, we recommend that you approach the airline counter desk and request them to place you on the next available flight. Alternatively, try to reach the airline support line to check with them all possible options. It is the fastest way to get boarded on the next available flight.
- If you find out that the flight is canceled 1-2 days before the actual departure, feel free to contact us to receive assistance from our service center specialists. We will do our best to place you on the next available flight or check for a refund option.
