The vendor said they haven’t received the money from BenefitHub or the Employer yet?

Either your employer is sending the payments to the carrier or they are sending it to BenefitHub to pay the carrier. Payments are sent to the carriers once a month. Depending on whether the employer is paying the carrier or if BenefitHub is, it could take up to 60 days for the carrier to receive the payment.

If you received a letter from the carrier, contact BenefitHub Customer care at 1-866-664-4621 or email customercare@benefithub.com and they will have this researched with the billing team.
