Once you have signed into BenefitHub, select the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen:
A drop-down will appear. Select the “Account Settings” link marked with a cog wheel.
A new screen will appear displaying your profile.
Select the “Security” link listed under Profile as indicated below.
A new page will appear displaying the option to change your email, password or 2 factor authentication if applicable.
Select the “Change Password” button.
Fill out the form with your current password and new password.
Please ensure that the below requirements for the new password are met:
- 8 or more characters
- One uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- No special characters
Once completed, click the “Submit” button.
