How do I leave feedback/report an issue?

Once you've logged into your discount portal and selected an offer, you'll find a Help link next to the Details section on the offer description page. Click Help, enter your feedback in the Report an Issue box, and then click Report Issue.

Before reporting an issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps, as they may resolve the problem:

If the offer link is not working:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and try using a different browser.

  • If you're connected to a VPN, disconnect and try again.

  • Check if the website is blocked by your organization. If so, contact your IT team or try accessing it from a personal device.

If the discount code isn’t working:

  • Make sure all the instructions in the offer description have been followed correctly when applying the code.
