How do I update or change my email address?

Once you have signed into BenefitHub, select the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen:

A drop-down will appear. Select the “Account Settings” link marked with a cog wheel. 

A new screen will appear displaying your profile.

Select the “Security” link listed under “Profile” as indicated below:

A new page will appear displaying the option to change your email, password or 2 factor authentication if applicable.

Select the “Change Email” button.

Once you have typed in your new email, click the “Submit” button to save your changes.
