OVERVIEW: This “BenefitHub Browser Extension” Sweepstakes May 14, 2026 (the “Promotion”) encourages existing registered U.S. BenefitHub members to install and log in to BenefitHub’s browser extension (the “Browser Extension”). Those who participate in the Promotion during the Entry Period, as specified in these Official Promotion Rules (“Rules”), will be entered for a chance to win. Then, on the Monday following the end of the Entry Period, five (5) winning entrants (each a “Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected, each one of whom will be awarded a gift card of their choice from the gift cards listed here with a value of Fifty U.S. Dollars (USD $50.00) (the “Prize”). By participating in this Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including Sponsor’s interpretation of these Rules, which will be final and binding in all respects.
INTERNET ACCESS, A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, AN EXISTING REGISTERED BENEFITHUB MEMBERSHIP AND HAVE NOT INSTALLED OR LOGGED INTO THE BENEFITHUB BROWSER EXTENSION AS OF THE PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD START DATE ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION.
1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to natural persons (i) who are legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is greater) at the time of entry, (iii) who are existing registered BenefitHub members and (iv) who have not installed and logged into the Browser Extension and are first-time users of the Browser Extension as of when the Entry Period Starts. Employees of BenefitHub, Inc. (“BenefitHub,” the “Sponsor” of this Promotion), and its parent, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other Prize supplier(collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), including their respective directors, officers, members, managers, agents and each of their immediate family members, and those living in the same household (whether legally related or not), are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Promotion is void in all jurisdictions outside the United States (including without limitation all U.S. territories, possessions, and overseas military installations), and where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Period: This Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on May 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET May 28, 2026 the “Entry Period”), if the Promotion is terminated, notice will be posted on this page (https://www.benefithub.com/extension-promotions-terms-and-conditions). The associated Prize Winner drawing date (“Drawing Date”) shall be as set forth below.

3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible persons may become an entrant in the Promotion (“Entrant”) as follows: install and log into the Browser Extension. Each Entrant who successfully completes these steps will become entered in the Promotion (each, an “Entry”). Only one (1) Entry per person is allowed. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection: On the second Monday, following the end of the Entry Period, one (1) winning Entrant per Prize (and one (1) alternate for each) will be randomly selected from among the valid Entries. Selection will be conducted by Sponsor at Sponsor’s place of business, or by Sponsor’s agent. Odds of winning depend on the number of Entrants participating in the Promotion, and the successful completion and submission of the Entrants’ Entries. The maximum number of winning Entrants under the entirety of this Promotion shall be limited to one(1) winning Entrant per Prize.
5. Notification of Winner: Each Prize Winner will be notified of his/her Prize award within five (5) business days after the Drawing Date by direct message to the email address associatedwith Entrants BenefitHub account. In order to claim a Prize, each winning Entrant must reply to Sponsor’s emailed notification within seventy-two (72) hours, providing his/her full name and complete contact information to Sponsor within such reply. Sponsor’s computer and the screenshots obtained by Sponsor on its computer showing Sponsor’s emails and their dates and times shall be the official time-keeping device for purposes of the Entries and Prize-claims received under the Promotion. If a would-be winning Entrant fails to claim his/her Prize within this time frame, then the Prize will be forfeited and awarded instead to an alternate randomly-selected Entrant from among the remaining valid Entries, and this process will repeat until each such Prize is legitimately claimed by one (1) winning Entrant. Each legitimately claimed Prize will be awarded.
6. Prizes: The Prize awarded under this Promotion will be as set forth in the Prize tile on the BenefitHub Extension page, including the value of the Prize. For general information about the Gift Cards and their redeemability, you may review the additional terms and conditions provided by the applicable Prize provider. Each Prize shall be delivered to the respective Prize Winner electronically to the email address associated with the Entrant’s BenefitHub account. The winning Entrant will be solely responsible for the payment of any tax obligations he/she may have on the value of the Prize, including but not limited to any federal, state and local income taxes. The Prize Winner agrees, upon Sponsor’s request, to provide reasonable proof of eligibility such as an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity/liability release, and any relevant personal identification and tax identification information (e.g., social security number for Form 1099 and income-tax filing purposes) to Sponsor, within the time frame specified by Sponsor, or the applicable Prize will be awarded to an alternate randomly-selected Entrant. The Prize is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize for another one of equal or greater value.
7. Publicity and Information Rights: By entering the Promotion (except where prohibited by law), each Entrant agrees that Sponsor may collect, store, and use such Entrant’s (i) name, phone number, physical and email addresses, and BenefitHub membership/access account information as necessary for communication, and (ii) any other information submitted in association with his/her Entry for statistical purposes. Additionally, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each Entrant gives consent for the Promotion Entities and their representatives to obtain and deliver his/her name, address and other applicable information to third parties, albeit solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. These consents shall be without any additional compensation to, notice to, review by, or approval of any Prize Winner concerning such rights and use. However, these consents shall not be in perpetuity, and shall instead cease upon Sponsor’s complete fulfilment of all post-Drawing-Date legal requirements with respect to thisSweepstakes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in these Rules shall obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein.
8. Identity: For purposes of identifying each Entrant, each Entry will be deemed to have been made by the specific individual sender of record as identified in association with his/her Entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria; otherwise, such Entry may be disqualified. Each winning Entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with additional proof of eligibility. If an identity dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the Entry and any associated Prize-claimant may be deemed ineligible for the Prize, in which case that Prize will instead be awarded to an alternate randomly-selected Entrant.
9. Limitation of Liability: Each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Each Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification from this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees to release the Promotion Entities, and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damages of any kind sustained, or claimed to be sustained, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion. Each Entrant’s agreement herein shall also fully extend to the acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of a Prize including (if applicable) while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related or Promotion-related activity, including without limitation any injury, damage, death, loss or accident to person or property. Each Entrant agrees that each Prize is provided as-is without any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the promotion, awarding, use or enjoyment of the Prize, including without limitation its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. If applicable, the Released Parties shall not be responsible in any way for any additional expenses, omissions, delays or re-routing resulting from any acts of any judicial or governmental authority, or from any force majeure event beyond the control of Sponsor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, each Entrant agrees (except where prohibited by law) that, by registering in the Promotion, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or the Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any).
10. Additional Disclaimers: The Released Parties shall not be responsible for the content of any Entry information submitted, and each Entrant alone shall bear full and exclusive responsibility, legally and otherwise, for the information contained within his/her Entry. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and these Rules, it will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Released Party, the Entrant, or by any other individual or entity: (a) any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, corrupted, damaged, destroyed or mis-registered booking, entry, mail, e-mail, or Promotion-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; (b) errors, typos or misprints in these Rules in any Promotion-related advertisements or in any other Promotion-related materials; (c) viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; (d) interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; (e) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (f) failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; (g) lost or unavailable network connections, or (h) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information. Mechanically generated and/or reproduced Entries are not eligible. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable, including as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or as a result of insufficient space in Entrant’s email account or other account to receive messages. The Released Parties are not responsible, and may disqualify an Entrant at any time, if an Entrant’s email address, telephone number, or other contact information does not work or is changed without Entrant having given prior written notice to Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Promotion (or any other promotion it sponsors) any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. If Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that any winning Entrant is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these Rules, Sponsor will award that Prize to an alternate randomly-selected Entrant, even if such original winning Entrant’s name may already have been shown or announced online or elsewhere. If the database of Entrants becomes corrupted for reasons such as are described in this section, then winning Entrants will be chosen from the remaining uncorrupted database of valid Entrants. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion prior to its stated expiration date without liability to any Entrant or any other parties, should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper execution of the Promotion. If the Promotion is so terminated, notice will be posted on this page (https://www.benefithub.com/[INSERT REMAINDER OF APPLICABLE URL]). Sponsor’s failure to, or decision not to, enforce any provision in these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
11. Tampering and Manipulation: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER, VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR THE SITE(S) ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION IS OPERATING, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. IF ANY PERSON SO ACTS, OR OTHERWISE SUPPLIES FALSE INFORMATION, SUBMITS OR OBTAINS ENTRIES BY FRAUDULENT MEANS, OR IS OTHERWISE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES SO AS TO ATTEMPT TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN THE PRIZE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY THAT PERSON AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM HIM/HER, AND THAT PERSON MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. ADDITIONALLY, ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEB SITE, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THIS PROMOTION, VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND/OR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTY MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT. By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees not to damage, or cause interruption of, the Promotion, and further agrees not to prevent others from lawfully participating in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the entry of any Entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper execution of this Promotion. Any attempt to submit Entries in excess of any stated limits using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified from the Promotion in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Additionally, any forged, false or deceptive Entries, or Entries otherwise not in compliance with the Rules, may be disqualified from the Promotion in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries that are programmed, robotic, automated, or generated by a script, computer program, macro or any other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or online service, including, without limitation, commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion.
12. Enforceability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision is not contained herein.
13. Force Majeure: Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, the Released Parties are not responsible for or liable to any Entrant, or any person claiming through such Entrant, for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof due to any Promotion activity or Promotion Entities’ operations/activities being affected, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, by reason of (without limitation): (a) any acts of God; (b) any law, rule, action, regulation, order or request by any local, state or federal governmental or quasi-governmental entity or authority (whether or not the law, rule, action, regulation, order or request proves to be invalid); (c) equipment failure; (d) terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, air raid, act of public enemy, or war (declared or undeclared); (e) fire, flood, earthquake, blackout, pandemic, epidemic, or explosion; (f) unusually severe weather, snowfall, flood, tornado or hurricane; (g) embargo, labor dispute, strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or work slow-down; (h) civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or public assembly; or (i) any other cause uncontrollable by the Released Parties that is not specifically mentioned hereunder.
14. Governing Law: This Promotion, and any dispute arising thereunder or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Promotion (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the local, state or federal courts that serve the jurisdiction of New York County, New York, and each Entrant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any such legal actions, suits or proceedings.
15. Prize Winners’ List and Official Rules: For a paper copy of these Rules, or the names of the Prize Winners under this Promotion, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: BenefitHub, Inc., Attn: Administrator,Your Wallet Will Thank You Extension Sweepstakes Spring 2026, 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 11773 New York, NY 10016 (USA). Requests must be received no later than three (3) months following the end of the Entry Period. Only one (1) request of either type per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled. Vermont residents with a return address in Vermont may omit return postage with official Rules requests.
